Today I picked the last of the collard greens and my wife is busy cooking them. I am in the process in preparing the soil for the next crop. Since it is late in the season I will plant some leaf lettuce were the collards were. I did throw away the roots and will not put them in to the compost because I could see sign of worms.

Wow, your veggie garden is huuuuuge! I hope you had a good summer growing season, sounds like you are putting in stuff for winter too. Yum!
